Our Products

We design, manufacture and fulfill all products from our headquarters in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.

Unfortunately we do not have a store front, and pick up is not available. 

The embossers are made from environmental friendly highest quality, food certified acrylic where the cookie cutters are made from high quality, food certified PLA made out of starch product. All our embosser stamps and cutters are reusable.

The cake toppers and charms are made from environmental friendly highest quality, food certified acrylic or wood depends on option you choose. All our wooden, acrylic cake toppers are reusable.

All coloured acrylic is double sided except for mirror acrylic the mirror will be on the front and grey on the reverse.

Please note that some minor irregularities can occur due to the nature of your product(s) being made to order.

Please note our product are not suitable for children, are not a toy.

We highly recommend to use posy picks, drink straws or other food safe barrier before inserting into the cake.

Designed and produced in UK.

The topper can be positioned either to sit flush with your cake or to hover above a decoration on the top. To adjust the positioning of the topper, gently slide further into your cake using the stick.Hold cake topper by the edge to avoid any finger prints to the acrylic

For charm simply add a small amount of icing/buttercream/. ganache to the reverse side of the charm + apply in the desired position. Cake charms also can be applied. directly on top of cupcakes or any other bakes.Hold cake charm by the edge to avoid any finger prints to the acrylic.

How to use our embossers and cutters?

Method 1


Roll your fondant/sugarpaste to desired thickness , we use 3mm
Place on top of your embosser and roll
Remove your stamp and cut desired shape out of your design.


Method 2

Roll your fondant/sugarpaste to desired thickness , we use 3mm
Place your embosser on top and roll again, push with your hand or use another stamp to press it.
Remove your stamp and cut desired shape out of your design.


Method 3

Roll your fondant/sugarpaste to desired thickness , we use 3mm
Place your embosser on top and wriggle gently with pushing in movement in same time.
Remove your stamp and cut desired shape out of your design.
You might like to use to corn starch to prevent stickiness if any will occur.

Each of methods above will give your impression more defined or soft rounded look. So please try and pick your favourite.

After use we recommend to wash acrylic cake toppers and charms in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use any abrasive materials to clean it and do not put it in the dishwasher. We also recommend that you leave to air dry and do not rub with a cloth.

Wooden cake toppers and charms shouldn't be washed afterward please use dry or slightly damp cloth to clean, leave to air dry.

Store your cake topper or charm flat and in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Can be reused.

Bespoke Design Services

Yes we are more than happy to help with custom hand drawn design embossers or stamps.

Please get in touch to discuss design and pricing as this will vary from the one shown on our website.

Our bespoke design service listed is only for simple wording, or design you provide to us.

Please note we won't replicate or take any liability for. requested designs. If you supplying them we assume that you own rights to use them.

We will not create/ replicate any licensed designs for any reason.

Yes, we love making custom products and would be more than happy to help. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. Please note that there is a custom order design fee depending on what the product is.

Orders

We pride ourselves in accommodating you whenever you may need some extra help with a last minute order, we will always do the very best we can to help out so please contact us to discuss and we will help the best we can.

We are usually more than happy to accomodate requests like these, however due to high seasonal demand we are no longer able to add products to current orders, swap products or combine orders due to the high influx of pre orders pending. We are receiving multiple requests for changes and unfortunately this is not something we are able to manage and ensure there will be no mistakes made whilst packing. A seperate order will need to be made in this instance.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Your order can only be cancelled if we have not yet processed your order. Please contact us immediately maximum within 15 minutes from placing your order if should you wish to cancel it. Our team have a quick turnaround time so will begin work on your order quickly upon receipt of your order.

All of our products are handmade to order, please see our current turnaround times , refunds and cancellation policy and terms and conditions before placing any order in our shop.

All our orders are only shipped via tracked and signed for service - so please pick the shipping method that suits you best at the checkout. Please note this not include delivery times

During Covid 19 and our busy periods such as Easter and Christmas, our dispatch and delivery times may take longer (Royal Mail services are often slower at this time of year too, so please do also take this into consideration). 

Delivery times are not guaranteed even with our next day option so please be aware of this when placing your order as it can get delayed at the post office and once it is with them it is out of our control.

Royal Mail notify us when your order has been delivered. As we receive this confirmation from them that is has been delivered, unfortunately we are not liable for if it is not received. Once your order has left our headquarters, we will not take responsibility for any damage or loss of package while in delivery.

If you need your product quickly or for a specific date please contact us in advance and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your requirement. We appreciate your event is important to you so we will endeavour to help where possible so please do ask.

In the rare instance you notice an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure we can deal with it in an urgent matter.

Depending on which discount code you are using they all will have different terms & conditions. All discount codes exclude the following; Custom Cake Toppers, Custom Cake Tags, Custom Discs, Custom Sticks and Custom Embossers but also our Font Sets, and any custom items in our shop. If you are using one of our Brand Ambassador’s discounts, this will only be activated once you have over £10 in your basket excluding items listed above.

Yes we only used tracked service for any order despatched from our HQ.

 International shipping is based off of weight and location. Deliveries takes between 1-10 working days to most locations. We only use tracked courier delivery service for all our international orders.

Print Fella Ltd is a UK based company. If you are ordering from a different country there maybe duties/ taxes fees charged by the country of shipping. Print Fella cannot be held responsible for any external charges such as duties and taxes that may occur, delays or damages durning shipping or unclaimed returned parcels.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that once you have sent the order : We will NOT be able to accept any refunds, exchanges or returns, unless faulty. This is due to the nature of custom designs and products being fully made to your order, we do not stock items.

If your item is received faulty please email us on the details above along with a photo of the problem 24 hours of receiving your item. Once we have clarified the issue, we will offer you replacement product or provide voucher available to use in our shop within 12 calendar months.

If for any reason your Country isn't listed as our shipping option please make sure to contact us.

Our website is pretty new so we build up content gradually. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
